During the busy season, the stay will be minimum of 2 nights.
The use of only minors is not accepted.
Only guests staying can be on the premises.

Cancellation Policy

2 to 7 days prior	20% of the fee
The day before	50 % of the fee
The day of	100% of the fee

If the airplane or the boat gets cancelled because of bad weather, there will be no cancellation fee.

Breakfast at the 150 years Old Japanese Folk House

Breakfast is available upon request. It is served at the old Japanese folk house that was built in the Meiji period.
The house was partially reconstructed, but the room that breakfast is served has stayed the same. Trees from Hachijojima is used and you can feel the history from the pillar.
Vegetables from the island, like ashitaba are used in the dishes and the cooking method and seasonings are island style.
We hope you enjoy the history and the taste of local cuisine.
